The following list contains the only acceptable changes, anything else is NOT acceptable, if in doubt please ask before racing the car.

Please note that the parts allowed are those available before the start of the season. New versions of motors, cars, tyres, chassis etc, launched during the season will not automatically be allowed mid season. Always ask before modifying your car.

The only cleaning products allowed are sticky tape for tyres and a brush for braids. No lighter fuel allowed. Tyre treatment allowed but not on night of racing - tyres must be dry.

Please note that all RTR slot cars have play in the front/rear axles, bearings, gears, guide. We expect your cars to display the same characteristics.

Car models allowed

Fly Classic:Ferrari 512, Ford GT40, Porsche 917 or 908, Chevron, or any 1966-1972 sport/prototype hard body fitted to the above chassis. Decision of the committee as to what car is acceptable in the class will be final. Please ask before spending money.

Alfa Romeo T.33, Ferrari 312PB, Ford GT40, Chaparral 2E, Matra 670, McLaren M.8.

Ninco Vintage: Ferrari 250TR or 166MM, Corvette, Porsche 356, Jaguar XK120, Austin Healey. Revell: Jaguar E-type, Cobra Daytona, Corvette GS. Carrera:Aston Martin DB3 and DB5, Jaguar D-type, Maserati A6CGM, Ferrari 212. Or any pre-'67 front engined sports/gt hard body fitted to one of the above chassis, (except Cheetah). Decision of the committee as to what will be acceptable in this class will be final. Please ask before spending money.

Any GP or F.1 car up to 1960. No Indy cars, stripped sports cars or voiturettes. To reasonable scale +/- 1.5mm. No widened bodies. Must have minimum 2mm ground clearance.

Any 4 seater European, Japanese or American saloon car pre-'77 including hatchbacks. Small/Large saloons - max wheelbase 70/80mm, max width 50/60mm, max length 120/145mm, max track 43/50mm.

George Turner 1/24th Mk.1 Minis

Cars up to and including 1974. Camaro, Mustang, Corvette, Dodge Charger. Plus all up to date issues allowed.

Any Nascar of any period, must have raced in Nascar and be decorated in race colours. Must contain an interior and driver and can only be modified to allow body posts to be fitted/moved.

Any GT from 1980 onwards. Must contain an interior and driver. Can only be modified to allow body posts to be fitted/moved.

Porsche 956/962, Lancia LC.2, Jaguar XJR.9, Mercedes C.9, Toyota, Mazda, new shape Lancia.
