Chassis

If running RTR car, original chassis must be used unmodified. For non Fly bodies, Fly classic chassis can NOT be cut and shut to suit. New in-line Fly cars may be used.

A) The above list contains the only acceptable changes, anything else is NOT acceptable. If in doubt, please ask before racing the car.

B) Please note that parts allowed are those available before the start of the season. New versions of motors, tyres, cars, chassis, etc, launched during the season.

C) The only cleaning products allowed are sticky tape for tyres and a brush for braids. No lighter fuel allowed.Tyre treatment using 3in1 or similar oil allowed but not on club premises - tyres must be dry.

D) Please note that all RTR slot cars have play in the front/rear axles, bearings, gears, guide. We expect your cars to display the same characteristics.

E) Lead or Bluetack only, must not be visible from above

F) To allow everybody to have a turn, practice sessions will be limited to a maximum of 3 minutes duration.

G) Scrutineering will take place on all race nights. Scrutineers are Mark, Alan, Joel, Race Controller.

H) In classes which use a standard unmodified chassis, the guide must be fitted without any modification to the chassis.

I) All motors in all classes are unmodified and MUST NOT have been opened.

J) In an endurance event a competitor should start the event using their own car not a borrowed car.
